We need your presence in Raleigh on Saturday, August 19th, from noon to 2pm when we will mark 17 years since the last execution in our state and tell Governor Cooper “No More Death Row”! We will begin inside at Pullen Memorial Baptist Church at noon where we will read the names of the 43 people executed in North Carolina since 1984. Nick Courmon will also debut a new spoken word piece entitled “Cradle to Gurney”. For those who would like to, we will then march less than a mile to Central Prison where we will hold vigil for about 15 minutes. There will be shuttles for those who don’t want to walk from the church to the prison. Please join us and bring your family and friends!
