The Outreach committee is sponsoring a faith formation series called “The many faces of faith in action”. Our intent is to highlight local examples or opportunities to live into our mission of “seeking to manifest the love of Christ through worship, justice, and community”. First up is our own Jack Payden-Travers, who will lead a session on awareness and activism surrounding the death penalty. Next is Clay Cooke, a local leader in the field of racial justice, and founder of School of Love Winston Salem. The next two Sundays we will hear lessons from our St Anne’s Jerusalem pilgrims. On March 26 we will hear from Valerie Glass, founder of Triad Restorative Justice. Details of the final session are TBA
