St. Anne’s is a reconciling, affirming, and inclusive Christian community welcoming all of God’s children. No matter where you are in your spiritual journey, and whether you are single, married, divorced, separated, or partnered, our welcome knows no boundaries of age, race, ethnicity, gender expression/identity, sexual orientation, economic condition, physical or mental ability. We believe that God delights in the diversity of creation and so do we.

WINSTON SALEM PRIDE 2019
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 19
Come join St. Anne’s as we celebrate Winston-Salem Pride this Saturday, October 19th in downtown as we honor the fiftieth year of the Stonewall Rebellion!
We will be giving away at our booth (and wearing in the parade!) flower crowns in memory to one of the leaders of the rebellion, Marsha P. Johnson, in exchange for a donation to North Star LGBTQ Community Center here in Winston-Salem to help support their services like LGBTQ youth groups, free HIV testing, and a trans* clothing closet.
If you would like to make a donation but can’t make it to Pride, please write a check to St. Anne’s with “North Star” in the memo line. (See flyer above)
We hope to see you at our booth or walking in the parade for a day of fun, community, and pride.
We’re taking our “Sweet Sweet Spirit” to Corpening Plaza for the WinstonSalem/Forsyth County CROP Hunger Walk next Sunday, October 20th.
Please register online or at church this Sunday, so that you will have your t-shirt available at our Walker Lunch next Sunday, before we leave for the Walk.
If you are unable to join us, please donate online, or to one of our Walkers on Sunday. The CROP Hunger Walk provides funds for the vital work of Church World Service, globally, and Crisis Control Ministry and Sunnyside Ministry, locally.
Please join in the fun and fellowship, as we celebrate 50 years of the CROP Hunger Walk!
